2. Pay your premium easily
The company is sending notification letters with information for your current premium and a deposit slip filled out with your details which you could use for direct payment. You could use the information from the deposit slip and pay through internet banking.
The bank transfer shall be in favour of “ALICO Bulgaria JZD” EAD, a MetLife Inc. company, Company ID: 130 022 893
In case you are not receiving your notification letter or you have questions concerning the payment you shall contact your insurance consultant or our central office at 02/ 81 86 200
The company recommends that you pay the due premium amounts by bank at thefollowing bank accounts:

If you make your payment in any of the offices of “Eurobank EFG (Bulgaria)” (Bulgarian Postbank) or “SG Expressbank” your payment is free of any bank charges.
You could pay in the office of any other bank, but in this case you shall pay additionally the bank charges.
3. Missed payment
In case you have missed a payment and your policy has entered a gratis period do not hesitate to contact your insurance consultant and discuss the possibilities for keeping the policy. In MetLife we think highly of our clients and we are always open for finding the proper decision for you.
4. Changes in your policy
In case of change of the information you provided to the Company (change of address or change of personal documents) or if you would like to change any of the options in your insurance contract (to increase your annual premium or to change your beneficiaries), please contact your insurance consultant who will undertake steps to realize the requested change.
